TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services of GunMedic Precision Armory ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

GunMedic Precision Armory provides professional gunsmithing services including but not limited to firearm repair, maintenance, customization, and custom builds. All services are performed by certified gunsmiths in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. SERVICE AGREEMENT

By leaving a firearm with us for service, you enter into a service agreement subject to the following conditions:

• All firearms must be unloaded when presented for service
• You must provide valid government-issued identification
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any firearm that appears unsafe or illegal
• All services are performed at the customer's risk
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage

3. ESTIMATES AND PAYMENT

We provide written estimates for all work. Actual charges may vary based on additional issues discovered during service. Payment is due upon completion of work before the firearm is released. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

4. LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

Our services are performed with the highest standards of craftsmanship. However, we provide no warranty for work performed on firearms with pre-existing defects or that are used outside of normal operating parameters. Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed.

5. ABANDONED FIREARMS

Firearms not picked up within 90 days of completion notification will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of abandoned firearms in accordance with California law.

6. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Customers are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. We conduct all business in compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968, the National Firearms Act, and California firearms regulations.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mediation in Santa Clara County, California. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GunMedic Precision Armory, its owners, and employees from any claims arising from the use or misuse of firearms serviced by us.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
